The purpose of this site is for the 3rd Quarter Performance Task revolving around the health aspect of the MAPEH subject (Hi Sir CJ 😉). This site is primarily focused on the lesson also named "Global Health Concerns for You and Me". It focuses on the problems we face in not only in the Philippines but also around the globe but I digress. This page was made specifically for a performance task in the 3rd Quarter -- alongside a dance performance task -- to fully encapsulate and grasp the concept of both physical and psychological fitness. 

This page in particular acts as a proper sign-off from PFMA as it will be the final time I will be educated in this institution. I thank you all for giving me the chance to express myself through this webpage. As for a treat, the final segment of this page contains memories and bloopers to relive the glory days.
